TRUMAC, a group company of TRUETZSCHLER GmbH & Co.KG, Germany, was set up as a joint venture company. The plant was set up in the year 1980 at Ahmedabad, India.
Our Manufacturing Facility is state-of-art for any sheet metal fabrication, sheet metal components, laser cutting jobs, air vent job, CNC bending, precision fabrication, machining of CI and aluminum castings. We have an automatic powder coating line supported with pre-treatment plant. We undertake manufacturing of electric control panels from design to product.
All manufacturing processes are strictly as per international quality standards with emphasis on quality checks at each stage of product manufacturing. The company has established a system of quality in line with ISO-9001:2000. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with built-in quality testing and measuring facilities.
Sheet Metal Components
We are engaged in the manufacturing of Precision Sheet Metal Components, Sub Assemblies, Light Sheet Metal Fabrication widely used in industries like Automobile, Electrical and other General Engineering Industries. The installed machines are very versatile and are capable of manufacturing / fabricating a wide range of products confirming to various specifications as required by the customers.
Laser Cutting
The Laser Cutting Technology can be applied to cut any complicated bigger or smaller industrial parts from sheet metal (up to 15 MM thickness in MS up to 8 mm thickness in SS and up to 6 mm thickness in Alu) with smooth finish and accuracy.
CNC Bending
The Company made a beginning by installing CNC Laser Cutting Machine in the late 90s. But with the increasing requirements of the customers and to offer the total fabrication solution, the company expanded its facilities by installing Turret Punch Press (CNC Nibbling Machine), CNC Bending Machine and Welding Machine.

Precision Fabrication
With the requirements of the customers and the vision to become the total fabrication solution provider, the company expanded its facilities by installing a fully equipped weld shop including Fronius pulse, MIG invertors, TIG welding machines. We have qualified welding personnel to execute jobs which require compliance to ISO 3834 & ISO 14731.

Machine shop is specialized in the manufacturing of precision quality components by using very high tech machines like HULLER HILLE make HMCs, CHIRON VMC, MAGDEBURG turning centers, 5 face CNC machining for very large size components with the support of latest cutting tool technology.
